BWC Frankfurt

Redesign of a real estate showroom
Frankfurt
March – December 2017

It‘s Bauwerk Capital‘s aim to put properties into scene before being built and sold. Embedded in generous design with a claim to casualness, high stay quality and valuable materials, clients are able to sense the flair of the new apartments in Frankfurt‘s Westend district beforehand. The showroom was dipped into a color and material palette ranging from white to brass-colored to jungle green. Visitors are thus greeted at the central coffee bar made of green ‘verde guatemala‘ marble. The metal curtain consists of brass coil and runs along the ceiling, reminding one of a golden horizon whose warm reflections of light characterize the entire feel good atmosphere of the showroom. White screed floor underlines the area‘s inviting vastness. Cool turquoise puts flashing color accents here and there. As a rug or a cushion it is the melody between notes of warm colors and rich surfaces. The seating area right by the entrance with its cozy armchairs reminds us of a fireplace situation. Behind ceiling-high glass panels with tinted screens is a large conference table and at a different spot a small corner lounge. Behind the sprouted glass partition wall an accoustically separated conference area has been built in to guarantee discretion and privacy. The long bench made from genuine wood presents a selection of products, materials and surfaces.
