Evergy Office
Overhaul of the offices and coffee kitchens
Munich, Germany
Apr 21- Sep 23
Evergy is lucky enough to have an internationally active engineering office in a sought-after old building in Munich. Even if parquet floors creak, stairs seem a little too steep and historic windows don’t meet the new DIN standards, everyone feels at home in the villa from the Wilhelminian era.
The employees appreciate the private atmosphere in the offices, but the management would still like to see a partial upgrade of various areas on the four floors. After all, as an employer, it is important to offer an attractive office home base for an international workforce. The plan was to use, pimp and add to what already existed; an optimization of the existing building, so to speak.
Interventions were made in the bistro, which was given a fresh look with a strong petrol color, modern lighting accents and furniture, as well as a colorful kitchenette. The top floor was transformed into a real New Work level, with inviting meeting niches, a conference table and a brick-red kitchenette. On the floors in between, there is a lounge-leu as a retreat and various small, fine meeting areas that are a good temptation to get away from the desk. The discreet, characterful accents make Evergy’s working environment more diverse and varied. A good reason to move into this beautifully pimped office.
