Fassade Haus L8

Respect for the existing building
Facade renovation
Nov 22 – Dec 23

The country house from the 1980s was refurbished with sensitivity and now combines tradition with clear modernity. The redesign of the façade with classic elements such as oak windows, broom finish plaster with chamfers and bright, sandblasted soffits lightens the existing building and brings the house into the present. Special details, such as cleverly designed garden gates, an iconic house bench and a skin door that conjures up a star in the door arch, enhance the new look of the country house. This revitalization shows how well existing houses can be restored with respect and contemporary aesthetics, transforming them into extremely sustainable buildings.
